AQUA One Bedroom Apartments are composed of 65 square meters of interior areas, and with private outdoor terraces ranging from 12 square meters to 30 square meters. One Bedroom Apartments are available at Phase 1, 2 and 3 of the development, and are located in buildings S2, S3, S4, N2, N3, and N4.
Units are delivered completely finished and fully furnished and ready to join the rental pool program.
Phase 1 construction began in October 2011. Phase 2 construction will commence second quarter of 2012. Phase 3 construction will commence second quarter of 2013.
