AQUA Two Bedroom Apartments are composed of 180 square meters, with 130 square meters of spacious interior areas, and with 50 square meters of private outdoor terraces facing the ocean. Two Bedroom Apartments are available in Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 of the development, and are located in buildings S1, S2, S3, S4, N1, N2, N3 and N4.
Two Bedroom Apartments are built with the concept of dual keys in order to maximize the return on your investment. The master bedroom may be rented separately from the guest bedroom and vice versa.
Payment follows the construction progress. Units are delivered completely finished but unfurnished, with a custom-made tropical Filipino furniture package to be charged and paid separately from the apartment price.
Phase 1 construction began in October 2011. Phase 2 construction will commence second quarter of 2012. Phase 3 construction will commence second quarter of 2013.
